**Responsibilities**.
- Inspect smartphone/android for deficiencies.
- Troubleshoot smartphone/android hardware and software.
- Repair and replace phone comp.
- Doing log report for smartphone that have software problems and send to feedback group.
- Write down all part have been used for repair customer smartphone that day.
- Order stock that is insufficient and had been used for repairing smartphone.
- Fully check stock and send the real exact quantity in Service Centre to warehouse.

**Requirement**
- Min SPM, Diploma Certificate or related field experience.
- Have experience working with document imaging equipment and maintenance will be an added advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Possess own transport and have valid driver’s license; B2, D
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for onsite maintenance and support.
- Can speak, write in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Good knowledge in testing, repairing, maintenance, and inspection of smartphones/android
- Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes and critical thinkers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Repair Phone: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
