SENIOR TECHNICIAN (PHONE & LAPTOP REPAIR)

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and laptops (hardware & software).
  • Perform component replacements such as screen, battery, motherboard, and charging port.
  • Supervise junior technicians and ensure all repairs meet company quality standards.
  • Maintain job records, update repair logs, and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Provide professional technical advice and support to customers.

Requirement

  • Min SPM, Diploma Certificate or related field experience.
  • Have experience working with document imaging equipment and maintenance will be an added advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
  • Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Possess own transport and have valid driver's license; B2, D
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for onsite maintenance and support.
  • Can speak, write in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Good knowledge in testing, repairing, maintenance, and inspection of smartphones/android
  • Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes and critical thinkers
