We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Outlet Manager** to lead the launch and daily operations of our new retail outlet in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering excellent customer experiences while introducing a well-loved Indonesian culinary tradition to the Malaysian market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the setup and daily operations of the outlet.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver excellent service.
- Oversee inventory, suppliers, and cost control.
- Ensure consistent product quality and brand standards.
- Drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with Malaysian food safety and retail regulations.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in F&B or retail (bakery/café preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Knowledge of the Malaysian F&B market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

**Remuneration**

RM3K - RM4K

**Consultant in Charge**

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
