**Requirements**:
**1. Education & Experience**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant administrative, sales support, or student recruitment experience (fresh graduates with strong skills will also be considered).
- Experience in higher education, customer service, or international student recruitment is an added advantage.

**2. Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems or student databases.
- Strong organizational and data management skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to prepare basic reports and presentations for management review.

**3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills**
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly desirable to liaise with China Centre, agents, and prospective students.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, and external partners.

**4. Other Attributes**
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues and management as needed.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support recruitment events, exhibitions, or roadshows.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**
- Maintain and update student enquiry databases and CRM accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare, compile and distribute marketing and promotional materials to China Centre, including its agent and prospective students.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance summaries for management review

**2. Application and Documents Handling**
- Liaise with internal department (e.g. Registrar’s Office, Finance, Schools) to ensure smooth processing of student enrolments.

**3. Agent and Student Communication**
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team during virtual or on-ground events, roadshows, and exhibitions if required.

**4. Logistics and Scheduling**
- Coordinate meetings and counselling sessions between prospective students or agents, with recruitment officers from China Centre.
- Assist in arranging travel logistics and accommodation for recruitment team as needed

**5. Compliance and record-keeping**
- Ensure all student records and documentation comply with institutional and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain an organized filing system and physical and digital records related to student recruitment from the China Centre.

6. Assist in other projects or duties as required from time to time as directed by the Head of Department/Management.
