**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve customers in a welcoming manner and assist them with their needs.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain store presentation by organizing shelves, displays, and stock.
- Handle cash transactions, process returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with inventory management including stocking and replenishing items.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s goals.
- Stay up-to-date with product information and promotions.
- Ensure the store/kiosk area is clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Support team members with daily tasks as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
