**Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Sales Project Manager**

**About the Company**:
Hero Time is the first Western-owned and operated board game manufacturer in China. Our mission is to make game manufacturing easy for game publishers and creators. We currently have a team of 10 people in Malaysia working in a hybrid work environment, and we are looking to grow the team to at least 12 people.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role combines sales support and project coordination responsibilities. Your ability to communicate technical information easily will drive successful sales, expand our client base, and ensure utmost customer satisfaction.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proactive, attentive to small details, good communication, multi-tasking, and open to learning new things.
- Responsible and high self-control when working from home on a consistent basis.
- Possess strong customer service skills and patience with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Fluent in speaking and writing Mandarin.
- Knows how to use Microsoft Excel.
- Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience.
- Understanding a bit of design files such as Adobe Illustrator, PSD, and PDF is a very big advantage

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all assigned opportunities from initial contact to placing a production order.
- Establish and maintain a long-term customer relationship with good and close communications.
- Understand and advise customers on suitable game design, game components, shipping options, additional services, and pricing to fulfill their unique needs.
- Build a quote for the customers according to their game components (with various material and size selections) and target prices.
- Get all the important information from the customers to ensure the efficiency of their game production, logistics, and overall project management.
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely, courteous, and attentive customer service.
- As the customer's key communicator, ensure all team members involved in managing the project have all the information they require.

**Job Details**:

- 3-month probation at USD800/month.
- Competitive salary package after the 3-month probation, including performance-based bonuses and incentives
- Working from home arrangement and meeting at KL office bi-weekly.
