F&b Captain

Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
- Meet and greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
- Assist guest with table reservation/seating the guest while waiting
- Able to anticipate any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactfully
- Checks outlet/section floor, service, and kitchen areas for cleanliness, proper set up, and make sure sufficient supplies and equipment are available for the function.
- Oversee all aspects of assigned outlet activities, ensuring that food counters are properly set and ready for execution at the appointed time.
- In-charge on the particular section/shift assign by superior
- Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the Superior and Head of Department.
