- Develop and **implement strategic sales** **plans** to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Conduct market research to **identify industry trends**, competitor activities, and new opportunities
- Build and **maintain strong relationships** with existing and potential **customers**:

- **Understand customer needs** and offer tailored product or service solutions
- Identify and pursue **new business opportunities** and strategic partnerships
- Stay updated on **product knowledge** and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations
- Prepare **sales forecasts**, reports, and performance analyses
- Share insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies and results
- Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns and promotional materials
- Gather and **analyze customer feedback** to support product and service improvements
- Communicate customer insights to internal teams for continuous development
- Lead **negotiations** and close sales agreements with customers
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and relevant regulations

**Job Requirement**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in **Marketing**, **Business Administration**, or a related field
- Minimum **1-2 years** of hands-on experience in marketing or a similar role
- Proven track record in executing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and statistical techniques
- Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and strategic planning principles
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office**; familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Creative, commercially aware, and analytical in problem-solving
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and a fast learner with a proactive attitude
- Able to **work independently** and as part of a team
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- **Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred** to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
