F&b Assistant

1. Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
2. Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
3. Suggest food and beverages to the guest and try to upsell.
4. Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads
5. Be completely familiar with menu items.
6. Collects food from kitchen and serve.
7. Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.
8. Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
9. Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries.
10. Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
11. Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
12. Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs
13. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
14. Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and completing
financial transactions
15. Set and resets tables for different meals.
16. To always maintain high level of cleanliness in Restaurant.
17. Respond to and try to full fill any special banquet event arrangements
18. Monitor tableware to ensure it is presentable to guests.
19. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and
service areas.
20. Ensure proper use, storage of all meeting room equipment.
21. Pass any information that is needed to the next staff member on duty.
22. Communicate any areas of need, problems, and concerns from guest to Banquet
Supervisor
23. If no upcoming events, please have rooms in a readiness position for any possible site
inspections.
24. Ensure that the meeting rooms are re-set for next event.
25. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
26. Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain
positive working relationships.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
Work Location: In person
