**Job Title**: Electrical Supervisor (Chargeman Competent)
**Location**: Tebrau, Johor
**Working Hours**: 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM (Monday to Saturday)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary Range**: RM 3,500 - RM 4,000

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
- Supervise electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting works.
- Monitor electrical system performance and ensure safety.
- Ensure compliance with the Electricity Supply Act, OSHA, and other regulations.
- Liaise with **Suruhanjaya Tenaga** and other relevant authorities as needed.
- Keep detailed documentation of inspections, maintenance, and incidents.
- Respond quickly to electrical faults to minimize downtime.
- Plan and manage scheduled maintenance shutdowns.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety protocols for electrical work.
- Provide training and supervision to junior technicians and contractors.
- Manage spare parts inventory and electrical supplies.
- Contribute to energy-saving initiatives and system improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Valid **Chargeman Certificate** from **Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission)**.
- Relevant working experience in electrical supervision and maintenance.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations.
