An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive to join the dynamic team at JOB ELITE TT AGENCY' in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in the Accounting and Bookkeeping operations of the business, supporting its growth and success.

**What you'll be doing**
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts for clients
- Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of accounting services
- Staying up-to-date with relevant accounting regulations, policies, and procedures

**What we're looking for**
- Relevant accounting or bookkeeping qualifications, such as a degree in Accounting or a professional accounting certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar account executive or bookkeeping role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- A proactive and customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
