We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our accounts team.

**Working Location**:Skudai, Johor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare financial reports and statements to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
- Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
