**Branch Manager**

**Job Description**:

- Focus on developing the business at the branch.
- New business development.
- Handling the overall PNL of the branch.
- Building synergy & relationship with vendors & shipping line.

Key Responsibilities
- Take charge for the full spectrum of sales, operation, and financial function of the Country and its stations.
- Implement all decisions taken during various review & budget meetings held from time to time in line with organizational goal.
- Set clear cut goals/targets to key personnel in all stations and ensure they meet the organizational targets/budgets.
- Understanding the competitors strategy and suggest counter strategies or other innovations to fight competition to eventually establish leadership.
- Recruiting, developing, and managing the Sales and operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations within the area of responsibility.
- Achieve all financial, product volume, revenue, and expense control goals and objectives as established by the Company relative to the position.
- Conduct monthly managerial meeting, monitor and update the progress of all department, sales performance status, & find solutions to problem areas of the departments.

Team Management
- Identify, mentor and develop managers in the country to manage work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.
- Supervise, lead and provide guidance to the reporting station managers in the region, while ensuring that their duties are carried out efficiently on a day to day or project basis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably with major in supply chain management.
- For Manager Position 5+ years relevant working experience in NOVCC and shipping industry with 3+ years in managerial position and supervision of minimum 5 staffs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Computer and IT skills.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
