Watts Matter Sdn. Bhd. is an energy-efficient lighting solutions company specializing in T8 and T5 LED technology for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. We provide both direct sales and Lighting-as-a-Service (LAAS) models to help clients achieve long-term energy savings, ESG compliance, and operational efficiency.

**Job Overview**

The Sales Intern will assist the Sales Department in identifying potential clients and market opportunities in the Northern Region. This role offers hands-on experience in business development, customer engagement, and energy-efficient lighting market analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, developers, and property management companies.
- Assist in preparing client databases, proposals, and presentations.
- Support the sales team in scheduling appointments and attending site visits.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and competitor information.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, product demos, and exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports to the Sales Manager.
- Assist in preparing quotations and tender documents where applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree student in **Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.**:

- Strong interest in **sales, marketing, and sustainability (energy efficiency / ESG).**:

- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within the Northern Region.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
