We’re looking for a **Digital Marketing Analyst / Performance Specialist** who’s ready to blend creativity with data and help us grow our digital footprint.

**What You’ll Do**
- Track and compare performance between GrabFood and **kl.bottega.my**.
- Manage and optimize **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting campaigns**.
- Use **GA4, Hotjar, and Clarity** to analyze customer journeys and reduce drop-offs.
- Run **A/B tests** on ads, landing pages, and CTAs.
- Recommend **UX improvements** (mobile ordering flow, hot food visibility, etc.).
- Provide **weekly/monthly reports** with actionable insights (conversion, AOV, CAC, ROAS).

**What We’re Looking For**
- **2-4 years** in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce analytics.
- Strong with **Google Analytics (GA4), paid ads, and basic SEO**.
- Experience with **heatmap/session tools** (Hotjar, Clarity, Crazy Egg).
- Analytical mindset with **Excel/Sheets proficiency**.
- Bonus**:F&B or e-commerce** experience.
