Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Assistant located in Kuala Lumpur. The Digital Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting digital marketing campaigns, conducting market research, handling customer service inquiries, and assisting with sales and marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media content, preparing reports, analyzing marketing data, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure effective execution of campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Experience in conducting market research to understand consumer behavior and industry trends
  • Customer Service and Sales experience to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales and Marketing techniques to develop and execute strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is desirable
