Role Summary

You will own the day-to-day delivery of digital marketing work for assigned accounts—planning, coordinating, executing, and optimising across SEO, performance marketing (PPC/paid social), landing pages, email campaigns and social content. You will work closely with Creative, SEO, Tech and Customer Service teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, and on brand, with strong documentation and clear client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Account Management & Communication

·      Own detailed monthly activity plans and own all planning according to schedule (100% on-time).

·      Support/drive quarterly strategies

·      Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients; manage expectations, timelines, approvals and follow-ups professionally.

·      Deliver weekly client updates and maintain consistent internal stakeholder updates.

·      Facilitate/participate in meetings; ensure minutes are accurate and shared within set timeframes in at least 95% of cases.

·      Use official company channels (WhatsApp Business and official email) for client communication; log all key communications, approvals and decisions in Confluence and JIRA.

·      Send client reminders/approval prompts, and keep a clear audit trail for approvals and changes.

2. Delivery Management & Project Hygiene

·      Maintain clean, accurate JIRA boards: clear owners, due dates, statuses, dependencies and next actions.

·      Meet delivery performance targets

·      Ensure issues items do not remain unresolved without escalation or mitigation.

·      Escalate high-priority risks/issues to leadership

·      Manage change requests correctly: obtain approval before work starts; prepare and submit change request documentation

·      Attend daily scrums (Monday to Friday) for all active projects; scrums are not rescheduled unless accepted by risk owners.

·      Submit weekly delivery status notes every Friday end of day.

3. Production & Quality

·      Ensure editorial quality across social media, video, PPC assets, landing pages, SEO content and email campaigns before anything is shared with the client.

·      Coordinate closely with Creative Managers for production and approval.

·      Develop video storyboards and maintain post-shoot editing notes until final approval.

·      Support paid advertising briefs with clear objectives, audience, budget, success definitions, creative requirements and tracking considerations.

  1. Supporting Roles

·      Support SEO strategy and delivery in terms of content and keywords

·      Work closely with performance marketers to align budgets, performance expectations and reporting cadence.

·      Work closely with Customer Service teams to ensure marketing outputs translate into enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.

·      Help improve conversion by tightening FAQs, scripts, landing page clarity and response flows; escalate systemic issues early.

Required Skills & Experience

·      2–5+ years in digital marketing (agency or in-house), with hands-on exposure to SEO and performance marketing.

·      Strong writing and editing ability with sharp attention to detail (tone, grammar, compliance, clarity).

·      Confident in managing multiple timelines and stakeholders; comfortable escalating early and managing expectations.

·      Working knowledge of tracking and analytics (GA4 preferred); basic familiarity with tagging (GTM) is an advantage.

·      Strong documentation discipline and comfort using structured workflows.

·      Customer-first mindset and practical understanding of how marketing connects to customer service and conversion.

·      Confluence (documentation, approvals, knowledge base)

·      Figma (review/collaboration on designs; where applicable)

·      Proofreading and accessibility checkers (as required)

·      Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (GA4/Looker Studio where applicable)
