About the role

As a Digital Property Advocate, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties in the Kuala Lumpur area. What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and researching potential properties to meet client requirements
  • Arranging property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers and tenants  Negotiating the best possible terms for clients during the sales or rental process
  • Preparing and processing all necessary documentation, including sales contracts and rental agreements
  • Maintaining a strong network of industry contacts and referral sources
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest market trends, regulations, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in residential real estate sales or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and relevant regulations Proficiency in using real estate software and digital marketing tools
  • A passion for the real estate industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the company
