Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the in-country activation of digital marketing campaigns. This role will collaborate closely with regional IF&L Digital Specialists and Customer Experience teams to drive our transformation toward data- and insights-driven marketing. The goal is to enhance marketing effectiveness through the deployment of centralized tools, analytics, and benchmarks while ensuring seamless execution of targeted, automated digital campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute local digital marketing campaigns in alignment with regional strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, automated marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure effective implementation of digital tools, analytics, and reporting benchmarks.
  • Support customer journey optimization and digital experience improvements.
  • Partner with creative, media, and digital agencies to execute integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of automated marketing, customer journey design, and data-driven marketing.
  • Proven experience managing or collaborating with creative, media, or digital agencies.
