What you will do:

- Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, grooming, planning, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Remove impediments and coach the Scrum team on removing impediments
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Help the Scrum team achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Who you are:

- 8+ experience in Scrum master role, experience with project management role will be a plus
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Able to conduct all Scrum ceremonies
- Proficient in Jira.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Familiarity with software development
- Passion for developing new ideas and approaches, for demonstrable and sustainable continuous improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, experienced with multi-cultural environments
- Scrum Master and PMP Certification is a huge plus
