**Job Requirements**:

- At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master with a track record of having delivered software projects successfully according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, organizational and leadership talents, communication skills, systems thinking, and customer focus
- Understand nuances in implementation approaches and be able to make sensible tradeoffs along the way to ensure high product quality and on-time delivery
- Proactive in approach with excellent project management skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Lead and deliver projects, work closely with developers to establish project plans, risk management plans, project milestones and deliverables
- Drive project management and ensure delivery on results and within the timeline, coordinating between clients and internal departments for the flawless execution of projects
- Develop a project plan to track progress
- Define project resources, performance reviews and post-implementation evaluations
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Able to engage customers and able to articulate well, such as understanding user’s requirements, able to present solutions to customers
- Work cohesively with Team Leads to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are completed according to the schedule
