**Job Scope**:

- Drive, oversee and manage the continuing implementation of technology solutions like Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence in our information systems.
- The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall technology infrastructure and operations within the organization.
- This role involves implementing and maintaining technology solutions, ensuring cybersecurity, and providing technical support to all companies.
- The role requires a deep domain knowledge, excellent management skills and ability to negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. It must flexibly adapt to a fast-changing environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage IT projects including process automation and artificial intelligence implementations from initiation to final operational stage, ensuring successful and on-time delivery.
- Work in collaboration with diverse company sectors to help identify technology implementation opportunities, and potential upgrades/improvements. Deliver bundled technology solutions that align with business goals.
- Develop and implement IT policies and Cybersecurity measures and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's technology infrastructure.
- Oversee the continuous maintenance and management of the company's technological structure. Guarantee that all systems run smoothly and effectively supporting daily operational activities. Monitor network performance, network security and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
- Implement and maintain backup & disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Effectively manage relations with vendors, suppliers, and consultants in a pro-active manner. Drive periodic auditing and negotiation processes for IT related contracts and licenses Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to data security and privacy.
- Coordinate training for end-users, ensuring effective utilization of our technology stack, automation and AI. Rendering necessary support when needed. Promote the incorporation of new technologies, methodologies, practices or trends that enhance products/services.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A desire to continually upgrade technical knowledge.
- Relevant certifications in IT and Computerizing are a plus.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
