**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for full set of Accounts, timely production of monthly management and financial reports including key performance indicators for management review.
- Interpret accounting data and prepare analysis reports.
- Liaise with subsidiary office on matters relating to accounts, finance and payment matters of the subsidiary office.
- Review countries management report, prepare for monthly, quarterly management and consolidated financial reports.
- Highlight the financial performance and financial position, including variance analysis.
- To lead and guide subordinates and to maintain high level of accuracy for accounting transactions.
- Basic stock and inventory management.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure fund availability for payment and placement
- Prepare SST report and submission
- Checking on AP payment, process of payroll and monthly statutory payment
- Provide effective tax planning solutions, managing and review of tax computations and related corporate tax compliance processes and attending to tax enquiries.
- Liaise with Bankers, Internal & External Auditors, Statutory bodies, Company Secretarial, Tax Agents and other consultants for audit/financial and banking matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Advanced Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with experience in audit line & MNC/Listed company is an added advantage
- Possess high level of accuracy and initiative
- Good planning and organizing plus possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent team player with high commitment and able to perform under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with high motivation and strive for continuous improvement
- Knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage
- Preferably, experienced in account consolidation and in Bursa reporting (via the portal).
- Preferably someone experience handling accounts for Asian countries (Vietnam, Philippine, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore).
- Preferably to start work immediately

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
