Finance and Accounting Advisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording transactions, posting journal entries, and reconciling accounts.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Prepare tax returns and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification preferred. Proven experience working in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior in handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
