Product Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Achieve the KPI targets set by the company for the financial year, including meeting Product Principal's revenue goals and the company's profit margin objectives.
- Build a network of committed FOCUS Business Partners specializing in our Cloud solutions.
- Lead the initiation and closure of deals across Enterprise, Commercial, GLC, and Public Sector segments.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners and clients.
- Successfully drive and implement business strategies set by both management and principal.
- Propose innovative ideas and solutions to address market demands.
- Handle business partner and client complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Identify, engage, and recruit new potential business partners and clients.
- Provide accurate and timely weekly sales pipeline reports.
- Conduct quarterly sales reviews and account planning sessions with the principal.
- Influence and guide business partners and clients during requirement. gathering to adopt our proposals.
- Upsell and cross-sell distributed products.
- Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement for business partners.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a business development role.
- Strong knowledge or certification in Cloud products.
- Proven success in managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex data, extract actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience working with distributed teams and remote stakeholders is an advantage
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
