**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals, market conditions, and competitive trends.
- Lead, motivate, and enhance the productivity of the sales team through monitoring, coaching, and development initiatives.
- Ensure the sales team meets targets, maintains optimal market coverage, and achieves specific market segment goals.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term loyalty and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- At least **5 years**of relevant experience in the **banking or financial** services industry.
- A results-driven sales leader with a track record of success.
- Able to lead a team effectively, inspire excellence, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent ability to present, organize, and manage tasks efficiently.
- Capable of connecting with senior managers and decision-makers.
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel
- **Proficiency in Chinese is required**

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
