As an Online Sales Representative fluent in Hindi / Punjabi language, you will play a crucial role in expanding our online presence and driving sales. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online sales through various platforms, including social media, marketplaces, and the company's website.
- Interact with potential customers in to understand their needs and provide product information.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Monitor online trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Generate sales reports and provide feedback to improve overall sales performance.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Hindi / Punjabi language (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in online sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
- Proficient in using online communication tools.
