**Job Summary**:
**Qualifications & experience**
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or similar platforms).
- Experience in TikTok and live operation is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to build supplier relationships.
- Ability to conduct product analysis and P&L evaluations.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset for business growth.
- Proactive and able to work closely with cross-functional teams.Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and acquire new suppliers, expanding the company’s product offerings.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with suppliers to discuss partnerships and opportunities.
- Analyze product performance and conduct P&L (Profit & Loss) evaluations to ensure profitability.
- Work closely with the E-commerce Operation Executive - Marketplace Team to optimize product listings and sales strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to drive business growth.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing and business agreements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
