Responsibilities & Duties:
1. To assist in managing warehouse daily work operation and to ensure proper management in inventory control.

2. To assist in ensuring receipt, storage, handling & issuing of raw materials, in accordance to Company’s Warehouse Inbound & Outbound procedures by supervising daily activities and maintaining proper segregation of approved, quarantined and rejected items.

3. To participate and prepare the stock take report for mid-year stock take and financial year-end stock take exercise.

4. To assist in coordinating internally and externally in managing daily operational functions / troubleshooting the operational issue.

5. To assist in implementing HSE’s requirement & control for warehouse.

6. To perform manual tasks involved in the receipt, verification, storage and issuance of equipment, materials and supplies and preparation of related records in accordance with established policies and procedures.

7. To prepare monthly reports comparing established minimum and maximum stock levels to actual usage.

8. To reconcile inventory record cards with stock on hand annually and periodically, making appropriate adjustments for loss ad gain of actual inventory.

9. To verify receipt of stock ordered reconciling any discrepancies on invoices with vendors; compute unit prices for stock received and record all receipt and pricing information on inventory record cards.

10. Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior.

1. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
