**Position: Logistic Operation Assistant**
**OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES | 欢迎应届毕业生**
**Location: Port Klang Free Zone, Pulau Indah (Logistics Company)**
**Working days: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm**
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree In Logistics / related fields (for fresh graduates)
- Have related experience is an added advantage
- Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
**Job scope**:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist in tracking and recording inventory movements.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare shipping documentation and arrange transportation.
- Maintain and update records related to inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
- Generate and review reports on logistics performance and inventory levels.
- Work with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and vendors to coordinate shipments and deliveries.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
