1. Perform quality inspection on incoming packaging material, raw material, in process, intermediate, bulk or finished products based on SOP guideline. 2. Follow the instruction given by superior, stated in traveler and SOP. 3. Maintain and upkeep cleanliness of workplace, carry out 5S daily. 4. Given full authority to on hold any non-conforming material until the required test and inspection have been carried out and confirmed by QC head. 5. To record the on-hold items and follow up with superior the status of on hold items. 6. Update the superior on all the information pertaining to the status of the assignment. 7. Follow the GMP rules, ISO 9001 requirement. 8. Ensure collect and keep retained sample of every manufacturing batch with proper identification and easy for traceability. 9.
