Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled QC Inspector (VMM) to ensure the dimensional accuracy and overall quality of our manufactured components. The ideal candidate will operate and program Vision Measuring Machines and support quality activities across the production process.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, program, and operate VMM equipment for dimensional inspections.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
  • Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections for CNC-machined and fabricated parts.
  • Record measurement results, highlight deviations, and prepare inspection reports.
  • Support root cause analysis and work with production teams on corrective actions.
  • Assist in maintaining ISO-compliant quality documentation and procedures.
  • Conduct routine VMM calibration and basic maintenance.
  • Help improve inspection methods and workflow efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience in QC inspection, with hands-on VMM operation.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
  • Familiar with ISO quality systems (ISO 9001/AS9100).
  • Experience with manual measurement tools; CAD knowledge is an advantage.

  • Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; technical certification in QC/Engineering is an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

  • Able to stand or sit for long periods during inspections.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Full-time role; day and night shifts available. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
