**Handle customer inquiries / complaints via web chat with utmost professionalism and ensure high quality customer service at all times**
- **Deliver excellent and delightful experience for every customer.**
- **Adhere to work schedule as planned.**
- **Handle all customer web chat interactions on a timely basis and initiate best possible solutions, and ensure individual / team KPIs are met / achieved consistently.**
- **To ensure that all actions taken to handle customers’ enquiries/complaints are in compliance with the Digi’s Standard Operating Procedures and Policies and to escalate any exceptions to the relevant departments for further advice.**
- **Ensure maximum sensitivity and responsive to all customers’ needs and requirements**
- **Keep abreast with all the latest information on the company’s product, services, marketing plans, procedures and of any changes in policies and standard procedures, thus ensuring information communicated to our customers are accurate and consistent.**
- **Feedback / escalate any urgent / critical issues or problems to management on a timely basis.**
- **Maximize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services o Maintain confidentiality of the organization’s customers and data.**
- **To be flexible in your role and be able to work cross-functionally i.e. as a back-up staff across all CS units (Call Centre, DiGi Centre, Back Office) or any other location assigned by the management. o To attend all required and necessary meetings and training sessions arranged by the department/company as and when required.**
- **To assume any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management, whenever required.**
- **To initiate process improvement efforts with the objective of providing better service to our customers and reducing operating cost or man-hour cost for the company.**

**Your Merits**:

- **Minimum SPM (min pass in Math, BM, English).**
- **Customer Service related working experience will be advantageous**
- **SPM/Diploma holders will need to at least have 1 year working experience.**
- **Fresh Degree holders are acceptable.**
- **Able to speak and write well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.**
- **Good typing skills (25 - 30 wpm)**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
