- Accurately record and maintain records of legal fees.
- Record and organize client vouchers.
- Assist in maintaining financial data and closed files.
- Maintain and organize filing and documentation.
- Ad-hoc assignments
- **QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**_
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate. Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with MYOB software is an added advantage.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Meticulous, hardworking and a team player.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
