Job Title: Data Entry Clerk (Female Only)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm

Salary: RM2,500 per month

Employment Type: 6-month contract (convertible to permanent based on performance)

Overtime Entitlement: Yes (as per Employment Act for salary RM4,000 and below)

Notice Period: 1 month


Job Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the company system.
  • Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy.
  • Support daily administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy record retrieval.
  • Assist in preparing simple reports and summaries when required.

Requirements:
  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • High attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Immediate or short notice availability is an advantage.
