Key Responsibilities

  • Data Input and Management:
  • Accurately input production numbers, work order details, material consumption rates, and assembly times into the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or proprietary database.
  • Enter and track Quality Control (QC) inspection results and defect rates from the production line.
  • Update finished goods inventory records and track movement of parts between the production floor and the warehouse.
  • Verification and Accuracy:
  • Verify source documents (e.g., job sheets, tally sheets, quality reports) for completeness and data integrity before entry.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies immediately, escalating significant issues to the Production Supervisor or Quality Manager.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure records align with physical inventory counts and production output.
  • Administrative and Support:
  • Generate and print necessary production labels, barcode sheets, and summary reports as requested by the production management team.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical) for all source documents and completed work orders.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks within the manufacturing office as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
