- **Menyambut pelanggan** dengan mesra dan memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang berkualiti tinggi.
- **Menerima pesanan makanan dan minuman** dengan tepat sama ada di kaunter atau meja pelanggan.
- **Menyediakan, membungkus, dan menyajikan makanan/minuman** mengikut standard restoran.
- **Menjaga kebersihan kawasan restoran**, termasuk meja makan, kaunter, dan dapur ringan.
- **Mengendalikan transaksi tunai atau mesin POS**, termasuk menerima bayaran dan memberi baki.
- **Membantu dalam stok inventori** — memastikan bahan, peralatan, dan barang keperluan mencukupi.
- **Bekerjasama dengan rakan sekerja dan penyelia** untuk memastikan operasi restoran berjalan lancar.
- **Mengikut SOP kebersihan dan keselamatan makanan** seperti yang ditetapkan oleh restoran.
- **Menangani aduan pelanggan** secara profesional dan melaporkan kepada penyelia jika perlu.
- **Melaksanakan tugasan tambahan** yang diarahkan oleh pengurus dari semasa ke semasa.
**Kelayakan (Requirements)**:
- **Warganegara Malaysia**, umur 18 tahun ke atas.
- **Minimum SPM atau setaraf** (tidak wajib - pengalaman boleh menggantikan kelulusan).
- **Berpengalaman dalam bidang F&B** (food & beverage) satu kelebihan, tetapi **latihan akan diberikan** kepada yang baru.
- **Mempunyai personaliti positif, mesra pelanggan, dan rajin.**:
- **Boleh bekerja dalam kumpulan** dan di bawah pengawasan mínima.
- **Boleh bekerja secara syif, hujung minggu, dan cuti umum.**:
- **Kemas, disiplin, dan menepati masa.**:
- **Boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik** dalam Bahasa Melayu (Bahasa Inggeris satu kelebihan).
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
