**Responsibilities**
- Engage in new or existing product & market research in marketplace
- Strategize Marketing Strategy
- Involve in new or existing product posting, marketplace carousel & poster and selection photo.
- Upload new product image, product listing, description and relevant information in platform.
- Plan & implement activities for campaign or event that organize by platform, (e.g. Flexi Combo, Flash Sales & etc)
- Reply Customer chat, tend to improve marketplace rating and follow up unpaid order.
- Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
- Achieving sales target, review sales performance & KPI.
- Good customer service skill & improving customer service process.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Prepare weekly sale result and sale forecast.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Fresh graduate/ Degree / SPM /STPM equivalent are welcome to apply
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Goal-oriented, organized team player (Result Driven)
- Hardworking, Positive attitude
- Multitask, prioritize, & manage time efficiently
- Accurate, Precise attention to detail
- Analyse problems & strategize for better solutions
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, independent worker
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Work well under stress & fast paced environment
- Work well with management & staff at all levels
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, Malay
