TikTok & eCommerce Marketing Executive (Print Solutions)

Location: Kinrara, Puchong

Join an award-winning brand that's evolving into a full IT & digital solutions hub. We're looking for a creative, results-driven TikTok & eCommerce Marketing Executive who understands social commerce, follows trends fast, and knows how to make content that converts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow eCommerce stores on TikTok Shop, Shopee & Lazada
  • Plan, execute and optimize TikTok content, campaigns & livestreams
  • Coordinate KOL / influencer collaborations to drive sales
  • Monitor product performance, ads and content — optimize based on data
  • Work closely with internal teams and platform representatives to ensure smooth operations
  • Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ROI and sales targets

Requirements

  • Experience managing or assisting with TikTok Shop or eCommerce platforms
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, social commerce & digital marketing
  • Creative, fast-thinking and proactive with a growth mindset
  • Good communication skills with a positive, problem-solving attitude
  • Willing to learn, adaptable to flexible working hours when needed
  • Mandarin speaking required (to liaise with suppliers / platforms)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in eCommerce platform sales

Salary & Benefits
