Our Client is a reputable and innovative provider of printing and copying solutions, with a track record of award-winning inventions since 2008. As the company expands into a one-stop IT and office automation hub, they are looking for driven individuals to grow with them.

Position: eCommerce Executive

Location: Kinrara, Puchong

Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales on EC platforms including Tiktok, Shopee, and Lazada to meet monthly targets.
  • Manage Tiktok/online stores, accounts, products, orders, promotions, stocks, live streams, and creators.
  • Follow up on orders to ensure they are delivered on schedule and successfully.
  • Product maintenance, including upload, price revision, stock monitoring, content optimization, as well as request and proposal for online stores' design decoration/key category/product banner.
  • Build and manage KOL and affiliate creators' resources.
  • Plan and manage the entire process of promoting the online shop's big campaign.
  • Manage livestream schedules, offer instruction, and manage Tiktok samples.
  • Submit specifications for video content to the video team;
  • Work with the platform's PIC to maintain the relationship and deal with daily operations for online stores.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, fast to respond, proactive in problem-solving, and willing to take occasional late or weekend office overtime and remote processing work.
  • Creative, skilled at raising inquiries; discovering and solving issues, upbeat and optimistic, and capable of following instructions.
  • Proactive in promoting product sales and activity planning for the shop, according to superiors' directions, and taking initiative.
  • Have experience as a Tiktok or other EC platform operator or processor. The ability to analyze statistics on sales, advertisements, content (lives and videos), and so on.
  • Accept the Tiktok/online platforms and be eager to create Tiktok/online business.
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence. Capable of understanding Tiktok popular sentiment, following social trends, and identifying active followers.
  • Willing to grow in the long term.

Remuneration packages:

Basic: RM3000 to RM4000 + Comissions

EPF, SOCSO, EIS
