**1. Job Description**:
**a) Sales**
- Develop, implement, and monitor monthly e-commerce promotional campaigns with the goal of increasing sales.
- Evaluate the performance of various product and marketing campaigns to enhance future campaign planning.
- Utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.

**b) Digital Marketing**
- Strategize and execute digital promotional campaigns and projects to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms to design and implement campaigns aimed at driving traffic to the online store.
- Utilize insights gained from own campaigns and competitor marketing initiatives to drive growth in the e-commerce sector.

**c) Operations**
- Collaborate with the Brand Team to ensure timely listing of new brands/products and develop plans for effective online communication and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate pricing and correct categorization of products. Establish a process to verify and approve all price uploads to prevent pricing errors. Verify the quality and accuracy of product images, graphics, and content in al listings.
- Address and resolve customer issues or comments promptly to ensure excellent customer service.
- Analyse past sales data, identify trends, and take appropriate actions to manage inventory efficiently.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels through a robust monitoring process.

**2. Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business development or similar
- Must have a positive attitude, friendly personality and always willing to learn
- Fresh graduate welcomed to apply
- Computer proficiency especially in excel, power point and words
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Possesses strong presentation, planning, organization and analytical skills
- Required language (s): English and Mandarin

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
