**Job Description**:

- Provide project support and delivery services in one of more of the following disciplines: Net Zero Carbon, Planning and Sustainability, Circular Economy, Climate Resilience, Natural Capital, Sustainable Procurement,, Life Cycle Analysis and Sustainability Training
- Effectively manage the provision of sustainability services to deadlines and budget as part of a cross-functional team within Turner & Townsend and with partner consultancies.
- Provide a assisting role (with growth potential) to develop and deliver sustainability strategies across projects and programmes throughout the asset lifecycle, including scoping, business case, procurement, contract management/troubleshooting, monitoring & verification
- Undertake qualitative and quantitative research for market trends, green procurement and supply chains for each region, and synchronize research data with the Cost Management team and in-house Construction Market researcher.
- Developing net zero strategies, whole building or estate efficiency strategies,
- Energy efficiency consultancy - including through audits and technical advice, Energy efficiency and carbon emissions reductions for existing assets
- Providing consultancy services to the client on Energy Performance Contracts
- Implementation of Design for Environment capability including LEED/WELL/
- Delivery of Environmental Management Systems and ISO14001 compliance and certification
- Establishment and rollout of Sustainability Behavioral change programmes, capacity building, training and cultural change campaigns
- Junior level experience in strategy/project delivery experience in the built environment, coordinating activities across various partners and working as part of multi-disciplinary teams would be beneficial.

**Qualifications**:

- Educated to Bachelor or masters degree level in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Urban environmental science or equivalent.
- Architectural, Construction, Urban planning, Project, or Cost management qualification (desirable but not mandatory).
- 5 - 10 years working experience in Real Estate
- Strong understanding of the real estate operation and challenges when it comes to reducing carbon emissions
- Good working knowledge of relevant environmental legislation and climate and sustainability issues
- Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams and matrix management organisations on major projects and programmes
