Job Description: Kitchen Chef

**Position Overview**: The Kitchen Chef is responsible for overseeing food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. This role involves menu planning and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and create menus that align with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking, ensuring dishes are made to high standards.
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and order ingredients as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor kitchen performance and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with other staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Experiment with new recipes and presentations to keep the menu innovative.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment/F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.

**Skills**:

- Excellent culinary skills and creativity in menu development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control.
- Passion for cooking and dedication to quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
