Cafe Crew

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as **Café Crew** members. As part of our café, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent service to our customers.

**Job Scope**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- **Food & Beverage Preparation**: Prepare and serve beverages (such as coffee and tea), snacks, and light meals in line with company standards.
- **Order Management**: Ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- **Cash Handling**: Operate the cash register, handle payments, and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- **Café Cleanliness**: Maintain cleanliness in the café by cleaning tables, counters, and kitchen areas. Ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- **Stock Management**: Assist in maintaining inventory, restocking supplies, and managing food and beverage items.
- **Assist in Promotions**: Support any in-store promotions, upsell products, and recommend items to customers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: SPM or equivalent (preferred).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy in orders and payments, maintain cleanliness, and follow food safety standards.
