**Location: Cameron Highlands**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
- Take orders accurately and process payments promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service.

**Food & Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Assist in the preparation of specialty drinks, including coffee and tea.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in food preparation areas.

**Outlet Maintenance**:

- Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Set up and clean tables, counters, and service areas.
- Monitor and restock inventory, including food items, utensils, and beverages.

**Teamwork**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Support colleagues in completing tasks and achieving café goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

**Health & Safety**:

- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the manager immediately.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
