**Task Recruitment**:
1. Greet guests, escort them to their tables, present to them the menu, and take the orders correctly.

2. Inform guests on the special items for the day and menu changes if any.

3. Suggest food and beverages to the guest and try to upsell.

4. Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.

5. Perform table clearing, basic cleaning and sanitation tasks as needed.

6. Ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

7. Serve food and beverage to the guests as per the course of order.

8. Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.

9. Promptly respond to guest with any additional requests.

10. Maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.

11. Able to communicate on the products and services available at the hotel.

12. Help other restaurant areas such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions.

**Other Requiments**:

- Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protecting any information that classified as confidential.
- Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support hotel operations or events.
- Complying with the company’s grooming standard.
- Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.
- Must be willing to travel to conduct business if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
