Cafe Helper
- Provide friendly and courteous service to customers at all times.
- Cleans tables, utensils, equipment, work station, food preparation and serving areas for the purpose of maintaining required sanitary conditions.
- Evaluates prepared food for flavour, appearance and the temperature for the purpose of providing items that will be accepted by customers.
- Inspects food item and or supplies for the purpose of verifying quantity, quality and specifications of orders and or complying with mandated health standards.
- Maintains equipment, storage, food preparation and serving areas in a sanitary condition for the purpose of complying with current health standards.

Food Safety
- Daily food temperature monitoring
- Food service coordination and compliance
- Cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and surfaces
- Labelling, traceability and product recall management
- Food disposal and inventory management

Requirement:

- Diploma or Degree in Food Safety, Public Health, Food Science

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
