**We are looking for**:
Enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our opening team at our new outlet in Pavilion Damansara Heights As a waiter/waitress, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring smooth service and exceeding guest expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Recommend dishes and beverages based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and with a smile.
- Clear and reset tables to ensure a clean and inviting dining area.
- Answer guest questions about the menu, specials, and the restaurant.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude throughout your shift.
- Work as part of a team to provide seamless service.
- Participate in opening team activities and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant/cafe setting (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
- Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Speak English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
