**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Accounting Tasks
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts receivable/payable.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries.
- Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial
- Organize and file financial documents and records.
- Work closely with accountant and prepare documents as and when needed
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting.
- Min 2 year of Accounts experience.
- Experience in accounting software will be greatly value.
**Working Location**:
- Riverpoint, Singapore
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
