This job requires you to be in charge of full set of accounts while responsible in daily finance & admin matters in branch office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • performing day to day accounting operations and ensure accounting records are compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Handle matters related t inventory & costing.
  • Participate in stock count by compiling report, summarize & analyze.
  • Provide day to day administrative & HR support to the branch office.
  • Liaise with head office departments and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the branch.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum Qualification required Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 year experienced working as Accounting Officer or similar position
  • With advanced computer skills included Microsoft Office.
  • Manufacturing costing knowledge will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge of SST reporting will be added advantage.
  • Pro-active individual with good working attitude, willing to learn & able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Possess strong analytical, communication & interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
